Draft event
Prepare your event details, images, capacity, credit cost and requested distribution level.

Submit for review
Send your event to Mio for editorial validation. No payment is taken at this stage.

Mio reviews
Mio may approve, reject, request edits, or reclassify the event to a different audience level.

Payment request
If approved for a paid distribution tier, you receive a payment request before publication.

Paid & scheduled
Once payment is confirmed, your event is scheduled for publication in the appropriate member feed.

Published
Your event goes live to the correct audience. Bookings and credit activity are tracked in your dashboard.
